   "PUERTO DEL SOL".... is an International Comprehensive Resort Development located within Puerto Del Sol Bay, a pristine undeveloped bay, on the west coast of Busuanga Island in the Calamianes Islands, Northern Palawan , Philippines.

Puerto Del Sol Bay is divided by beautiful tropical forested promontories, to form inner bays and coves. The topography of the land surrounding the bays is steep rolling hills covered by natural forest and in some of the higher hillsides this is still  virgin tropical rain forest. Within the bay are beaches, coral reefs, mangroves, streams, the entrance to the Dipuyai River and our own private island. It is a tropical paradise on earth…. WHY INVEST IN PUERTO DEL SOL ?

Busuanga Island, with Coron on its south east side is already the gateway to Northern Palawan . This region, with its almost 2000 spectacular tropical islands and white sand beaches, is fast becoming internationally recognized as the future “Caribbean/Bahamas” of Asia .

Access to Busuanga Island is easy. The nearby NEW BUSUANGA AIRPORT  has just constructed and was opened a few months ago. Currently five airlines, Philippine Airlines, Air Philippines , Cebu Pacific, Seair and Zest Air, have a number of daily flights to Manila , Puerto Princessa, El Nido and Boracay. A new road is being constructed between the airport and our area. This should reduce current airport travel time from 35 minutes to 18.

 Coron has weekly schedules of two superferries, WGA and Negros Navigation, with direct service to Manila and Puerto Princessa.

The number of foreign tourists visiting Busuanga has doubled each year for the last 2 years. Existing local resorts are running at 100% occupancy, even thru the “rainy season”. (July to October) There is a major shortage of suitable accommodation for foreign and local tourists.

Property prices in some areas of Busuanga Island have more than doubled in the last 12 months. This trend is expected to continue now that the new Airport is completed. and operating.
